Android app becomes a sluggish mess after following several hundred tickers
The Android app is great, but now that I've added several hundred tickers and it's monitoring 3-4 portfolios, the app is incredibly laggy and gets bogged down all the time.
For example, and this is not related to spotty network connectivity, the search results would frequently hiccup and not update/refresh/work for 10+ seconds, then suddenly everything goes through. During this time, doing anything, like entering existing tickers, does nothing.
It's like there's a network data queue, something plugs it up, and nothing else can go through until that plug is gone.
Sometimes charts do not load at all load or load all crazy during this time, with multiple lines or showing wrong data for the wrong period.
If an engineer is willing to take a look, I'd love to share a screen cast or debug in a live session (I'm also a computer engineer).
