Cost/share of a new transaction is overwritten by a default value
The cost/share of a new transaction in the portfolio is overwritten by a default value, erasing the user's input.
application: Yahoo Finance > Portfolio > My Holdings
steps to reproduce:
- Select a portfolio
- Select the My Holdings tab
- Enter a new transaction for a stock
- Enter the cost per share of $15
- Enter the date of purchase: Today
- Enter the number of shares: 4
result: the cost per share has been defaulted from the current price, erasing the $15 cost.
Thanks for your efforts. The Yahoo Finance product has improved significantly in the past two years.
