Yahoo Finance Etrade Stock Plan Connection is broken (again)
My Stock Plan with Etrade worked perfectly until recently (I guess when Stock plan 2.0 came out). This happens every couple of months and I have to go out of my way to report this bug etc etc. I'm tired of having to QA your products with every update. I just want it to be consistent!
For some reason, it is calculating my Total account value (332k) and adding in my current account value (159k) to come up with 491k, which makes no sense. The total account value is your current vested value + the potential value if you stay at the company. It isn't that hard, all I want is to show my current account value in with the rest of my portfolio. Like I said, every copy of the month breaks, and I have to come rushing here to let them know.
Just please stop messing with your portfolio tracker and focus on making things work. It is extremely distracting when I see crazy swings in my portfolio because it is 3x bigger than this outdated number.
Please fix ASAP! Just report the current, sellable, vested account value when trying to connect to Etrade stock plan broker
