Support interest bearing investments (such as CD) in Portfolio 2.0
I would really like the ability to track interest bearing investments such as certificates of deposit as part of a portfolio.
I used to do this in an old portfolio using a $$CD symbol with the dollar amount just manually tracked, update manually every few months.
The custom symbol ($$CD) isn't ideal because:
1. it doesn't track gain at all
2. as of portfolio 2.0 the market value of these custom symbols isn't even included in the total portfolio value.
