reordering portfolio
reordering portfolio is not working well anymore, you can only move a ticker 1 page length and then you have to place it, move the slide bar up and down and then move it again. This takes mulitople moves to reposition a ticker to the bottom or top of a page if you have a long list.

I only have a problem moving a ticker up more than 1 page length. I can't place the ticker after grabbing anywhere that will allow the screen to scroll up. Moving down more than 1 page length works ok but it is difficult to find the exact spot that allows the page to automatically scroll down. Please fix.
