  1. Dont delete anything saved

    Don't delete emails put in folders, ive lost a lot of important documents twice now!?? ive also lost most of my contact list. Ive never had a problem before, so why now?

  2. My old emails get deleted from Inbox

    Everytime I login to my Yahoo mail, i do not see my older mails. Why does it happen? If it can not get fixed, I will have to delete my yahoo mail account and switch to Gmail permananetly

    Why can't you flag anything as spam when the sender's email address is absurdly long? Or let us filter out any email from a specific domain?

  4. improve functionality and support

    you can restore access to receiving emails after storage is recovered.
    you can actually make the trash empty properly instead of it pretending to empty and not deleting anything
    - you can provide some non-ai-chatbot basic support for your product when it does not work -that doesn't involve buying a whole subscription.

  5. Issue with Yahoo Mail Plus 100GB Payment

    Dear Yahoo Support,

    I would like to subscribe to the Yahoo Mail Plus 100GB plan using my Visa credit card issued in Indonesia. However, the payment form requires selecting a U.S. state, and when I tried PayPal, it only allows U.S. accounts.

    Could you please provide a way or payment link that works for international users with credit cards from Indonesia?

  7. spam email

    Why is it that you can't check emails anymore and then go to the dropdown and label them spam anymore? It was much easier to do it that way. I don't know how to do that now. Some changes are not good at all.

  9. MAKE IT EASIER TO RECAPTURE OLD EMAIL USING A 3RD AUTHENTIFICATION - LIKE CALLING ME ON THE PHONE TO IDENTIFY WHO I AM.

    I don't know what my new password is for Proton, my 2nd authentification code ( i HAD JUST CHANGED THEM, AND I LOST THE PAPER ON WHCH THEY WERE WRITTEN. I lost both passwords on paper for my original Yahoo email and my Proton email. Now I can't get into my former email which I MUST GET INTO. Please help me. Give me another Way for a 2nd Authentification Way to get in. You SHOULD have such a thing.   10. Removing mailboxes - why all the emails and data will be deleted?

    I have three email accounts together, thinking it would make it easier to view. However, now I want to keep them separate. When I try to remove one, it says it will delete all the emails. I don't understand why.

  11. Ditch the React app, rebuild in literally *anything*

    This new yahoo mail React app sucks. It is slow. Hogs browser memory (literally takes up 1.9 GB in a Chrome tab, wtf?!). And takes forever to do anything. Click.... wait... wait some more... there it goes.

    The design isn't bad but the people who did the implementation need to take some night classes or something. Because it is embarrassingly and pointlessly underperformant.

  12. Not clear why I'm over the mail storage

    I have 3 different email accounts. Are you combining all 3 and informing that the storage is 20GB, or each one is 20 GB? Also, last 2 weeks I have deleted more than 4 GB of emails and not needed attachments, still the storage shows over the quota, the message does not provide enough information. Can you please take a look?

    Display PROMINENTLY the current memory capacity of Yahoo email account, and PROMINENTLY display how much is currently being used, long before you "limit" or basically render an email account useless. Might I suggest an pie graph or bar graph or an image of a fuel tank going on full.

  14. activating my email with higher storage capacity.

    I am a researcher, and I work a lot with Yahoo email. Unfortunately, my account has been blocked because of the storage limitation law. I tried to pay for higher storage, but it was impossible. It was possible only for US customers. I need to get my emails urgently. Would you please help me with this problem? (haghighatshah@gmail.com)

  15. yahoo mail is getting worst

    The new yahoo mail is horrible to use. It is super sensitive and when I'm typing my email, it often times delete my emails. I can't find it anywhere, not in trash nor draft, so all my work writing the email is gone- super frustrating. I can't find the trash folder, nor the setting icon so I can switch back to the classic yahoo mail. I'm thinking of setting up a new account with another email company since yahoo mail is not customer friendly and hard to use.

  17. A word or name is underlined as incorrect, when it is correct. How do I rid this problem?

    Yahoo will NOT allow me to confirm the spelling of a word or name. The spelling is correct, but it is underlined as if it is unacceptable. Is there something I can do to "fix" it? Thank you.

  18. You can NOT improve "new" mail.

    I LOVE the current yahoo! IT"S PERFECT!
    It's better in EVERY way, FAR SUPERIOR to the so-called "improved" but far INFERIOR "new" yahoo.
    The Old Version is GREAT & MUCH BETTER than "new" version because of these things:

    OLD YAHOO is EASY to use,
    OLD YAHOO is EASY to read [visual contrast is great!],
    OLD YAHOO is SO MUCH MORE CONTROL than "new" yahoo
    OLD YAHOO is easy to navigate
    OLD YAHOO does NOT have DUMB USELESS 'summaries' that insult readers [as if they can't read & think for themselves]; summaries in "new yahoo" BLOCK readers from reading what THEY…

  19. Allow delivery emails not received by customers during "limited service" caused by insufficient memory.

    When the storage limit for free emails (20 Gbytes) is reached, the owner of the email address is warned in an email, typically at the end of the month, with a header "URGENT: You’re over your storage limit, act now to avoid service disruption". I received such an email on July 28 but somehow didn't notice it and did not respond.

    On August 27 another email from yahoo@email.cc.yahoo.com with the header "URGENT: You’ve exceeded your storage – email service is now limited" and after that Yahoo IMMEDIATELY stopped delivering emails sent to me.
