I am extremely upset at the LACK of response I am getting from Yahoo. Two days ago my e-mail on my other yahoo account was wiped out.
I have/had another Yahoo account. I can no longer get into that account. For some reason, it will not accept my password, which I know is correct because I have it saved on my google account and Avast account. There is a lack of communication at Yahoo to solve these problems. I work from my computer from home and have a lot of information on my other account that I need. move box
Why is it that when I want to move an email to a folder , the move box changes size causing me to move to either no where or an email I didn't pick? The box gets smaller after you scroll down and unless your paying attention the box won't me email or drops off the screen and sometimes it puts them in a folder you didn't choose. Can you fix that or is there a setting I missed.

So true! In the privacy controls, the unsubscribe option has no save button. So when you leave the page by x'ing out or use back key, it defaults to NO, CANCEL. What do you mean, we have a choice?! Totally rigged, aside from the tricky wording so people think the NO, CANCEL means no ads and cancel subscribe. What a bunch of corrupt manipulators!! Do you really think we are that stupid and need to be fleeced, exploited and box-canyoned at every turn?! How inspiring, such evil minds?! Security - is there a way to inquire/validate, about insecure mail that asks you to upgrade
I get mail that tells me to upgrade, it comes with Yahoo Logos, looks legit. But in these security alert days. Is there a way to validate from Yahoo, if these are coming from Yahoo?

Allow us to login to our mail using a password
It's ridiculous that I have to go to another email service to get a passcode to login. The other option is to share my phone number which is something YOU don't need.
Allow us to login to yahoo mail without needing a passcode every time.If you need to get a code every time you log into your email, you most likely have Yahoo Account Key turned on. You can turn it off by following the information in this post:

Two-step verification needs to be an option, not Mandatory.
Please let us CHOOSE if we want two step verification. Once we do a two step verification, that should be all we need to do while on that computer, EVER. Why make us do it EVERY TIME we want to check email?

Please remove the new version. It ask for new password everytime I try to login.
Otherwise i will convert to gmail.

Stationary updates
It is November 10th and I still have Summer stationery on yahoo mail ... um it is the holiday season. Why is this not updated? Is anyone at Yahoo updating the email stationery????

disposable emails
My email ends in .co.uk. I used to be able to make my disposable emails end in .co.uk, now when I create them, they only have .com. I need .co.uk. Please help.

pop up
I keep getting a pop up that I am infected with a virus. This is the message. It only appears when I log into yahoo mail. This is a Yahoo issue. Absolutely ridiculous. I called Apple and checked my computer. I have no virus. Come on Yahoo. This is your responsibility. Take care of your website so these kinds of stupid, **** pop ups don't occur.

How do I turn off forwarding?
A long time ago I switched to GMAIL. I had my e-mail forwarded to GMAIL. Like many others i feel it has become unuseable. So now how do turn of this feature?
In order to turn off the auto-forwarding feature click Settings-More Settings-Mailboxes, then click your account, scroll down on the left side menu and delete your forwarding email address.

No internet connection appears while I am composing an e-mail. This happens periodically and I have checked with Verizon. OK with them.

How can I get stuff that I moved from my yahoo mail inbox to another folder to no longer show in the inbox?
When I move an email from my inbox to another folder it should no longer show in my inbox, but it does. Is there a way to correct this?
This might be due to the conversation thread being active on the mailbox. Try disabling it by following the steps here: help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail/sln28055.html

Yahoo mail should be unblacklisted from the Internet provider Free.fr. Can't send email to @free.fr users !
Can't send email to @free.fr users despite the facte they re numerous . We receive failure notice while the addresses are existing.
Looks like Yahoo Mail is blacklisted...Please contact the ISP and ask for the yahoo mails to be whitelisted.
