Yahoo Mail NOT downloading attachments....advertising/spamming software seems responsible
dl-yahoo.... is part of url / program that is interfering ..... a while back "comet" spamming software on Yahoo seemed to preventing downloading of attachements

Now when I compose and email it will not send it puts it in my drafts and will not let me send. It's doing it to all my new emails.

reactivate my e-mail accounts
To who it may concern.
Your company has deactivated my daughters’ e-mail accounts: **@yahoo.com and**@yahoo.com for “inactivity”. Please, reactivate both accounts again, since it’s impossible to create them under the same names.
My account ****@yahoo.com is the secondary address for both above mentioned accounts. If there has to be another security process, please, send me the required questions in order to reactivate both accounts.

If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated. More info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln2018.html You will not be able to reactivate it or re-create the same email address. You can always sign up for a new Yahoo account at mail.yahoo.com.

Currently, we no longer offer country-specific domains for Yahoo accounts. We stopped creating these in 2016. All new addresses will be created as .com.

Stop changing fonts and size after email is typed
Another ****** thing with your new email. Why does the font size and type change after I type an email? It didn't do this before your new upgrade. We change it for a reason. Why do you make it small and another font from what we set up? If I put in a quote from somewhere else that is in a different font, it comes out the same font as what YOU change the entire email to after the email is sent and this defeats the purpose. LEAVE THE EMAILS THE WAY WE SET THEM UP. When we check them…
Please make sure to add a default sending font in Yahoo Mail, by going to Settings-More Settings-Writing email.

To open an attachment, please click the attachment name. The issue with the attachment preview is under investigation at the moment.

The emails I sent in April have disappeared. I need them.
Please restore my April sent emails. Some emails which had attachments, the attachments have disappeared.
Sometimes when emails go missing it’s because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Check out this post for more info and how to restore missing emails.

Paper clip says "Message has attachments" but there's no way to open them.
Make it so when you click on the paper clip, it opens up attachments. I cannot figure out how to open attachments in my mail and clicking on the only thing that appears, that being the tiny paper clip, does NOTHING.
To download the attachment, please click the attachment name.

Your icons......
I want the delete icon back on each email. It also does not show if I have replied. I also want to be able to "star" each email to remind myself to return to it. Bring back those things that I used and no longer have.
These options are available in the new version of Yahoo Mail. The delete icon appears as you hover over your emails, and the star icon is grayed out and it becomes golden as you click it.

get the **** date/day of week correct when email from calander
for quite a long time now, my email notification from yahoo calendar has shown the right date (I think) but wrong day of week (definitely). what is the problem. currently I show a birthday for tomorrow 3/05 as "thursday". what gives? and how to correct it??
To set your timezone, go to Settings-More settings-Viewing email-Closest city and timezone.
