  8. the death of disposable email address

    fix the edit feature for disposable address. You have killed the disposable email system and you continue to misrepresent that fact. I created the address without the au at the end and sent it to one of my disposable address .... surprise I didn't get it.. So I tried editing an old address and despite and edit link - it doesn't work0

    Really what was a great function has gone for no reason [guess you wanted to stop people using disposable address] Which leaves me wondering if yahoo with its ever increasing faults and and constant disregard for users is…

    You can check the location settings in New Mail under the Viewing Email section in the settings. Look for “Closest city and timezone”

    Dear Legal and Technical Support Team

    (1) somebody(conman) had hacked my Yahoo account last year. And created account in gmail i.e************ used my name and logo.
    (2) Conman has created Yahoo account using my name and logo i.e. ***********
    (3)Could you please take determined and swift action against this conman before conman commits irreparable damage and damage the brand name of YAHOO.
    Your priority action is solicited and requested.

  11. I just contacted customer support for help with my mail account and was told that I would have to pay a membership fee. WTF

    When I try to forward an email to this one person on my contact list, it keeps getting rejected because : the email address in the contact list is
    correct, but the address that comes up on the send to list is incorrect.
    EXAMPLE; correct email address: XXXXX@gmail.com
    incorrect address: XXXXX@yahoo.com
    Once the incorrect address pops up on the send to screen, there is no way to edit it. At least I can"t figure out how to do it.

    Please check the contact in the address book and make sure the wrong email address is not listed somewhere. Also, you can double click on the email address in the TO field in order to edit it.

    the draft counter is VERY VERY slow at refreshing. tells me I still have messages in that folder when I can see they have already been sent

  17. Images not opening in emails

    I am not sure if I have the old or new format (probably old, as I remember opting out of new one) but in the last week or so, when I open an email, it takes a while for it to load, but even then, the images within the email do nor come up, especially if it is from my online shopping websites. How can this be fixed?

  18. You people are amazing, stop screwing with things we use everyday like email I'm ready to dump your *****.

    Put the sub folder option back in the older email version. Nice of you to delete it and then want to charge us $4.99 to get help to figure out what the **** you did with it. You people need to leave well enough alone. We use this email system daily. Thank you for making life just a little bit tougher. IDIOTS!!!

    Ist es vielleicht möglich, daß ich EINMAL ohne dieses dämliche Roll up
    "Erste Anmeldung von diesem Gerät" und dem Einholen der Codenummer auf der anderen E-Mail in meinen Account kann ????
    Langsam reicht es mir!!!!!! Seit Wochen habe ich diese FREUDE !!!
    Spart euch den ganzen Firlefanz mit Neuigkeiten und den Dingen, die
    niemand wirklich braucht. Aber macht dafür Yahoo einfach füe jeden nutzbar ohne großen Aufwand. DAS WÄRE DOCH MAL EIN FORTSCHRITT

  20. False customer service numbers on search engines

    I didn't know where else to put this so here it is.
    Please check the sites listed on search engines when we search for Yahoo customer service phone numbers and want to talk to a real person.
    I chose this one, called the number, and they nearly got away with holding my computer ******* for money to "fix" a supposed hack on my computer.
    Thank goodness my Mac would not allow their computer access type software to be installed or I would have been suckered into paying a huge amount to "fix" my computer.
    Even after 20+ years, I'm embarrassed…
