I have received a message sent to another Yahoo email account in my inbox.
This is not an idea but a complaint. I have received a message sent to another Yahoo email account in my inbox. I tried to report this to Yahoo but was always referred to Customer Support that I would have to pay for. I am not clear why I should have to pay to report a serious issue like this that is apparently caused by Yahoo, not me.

I can't figure out how to move mail TO the Inbox from a folder I created. Is this feature no longer available?

Why does Mail keep resetting my background?!!
Stop making changes! When I click on "mail" I just want to go to my email, not open as a new tab. When I get into my email I shouldn't have to keep resetting my background. Every. Single. Time. I don't know what's going on, but the changes that keep being made are annoying.

All my emails have disappeared from my folders.
I went to HELP@Yahoo.com and it told me to look in the "Recycle Bin". There is no such thing!

Old mail not working the same
Yahoo no longer remembers my settings. I have to reset the look-n-feel settings every single time I log in. Also, the 3rd party app that I use to check for new emails no longer can access yahoo email. Please put these 2 features back.

Fix the issue with missing emails
There is no way to contact customer service to report that all the emails in my inbox have disappeared. It would be great for there to be a resolution for this. It is not a matter of restoring emails I deleted, it is a matter of fixing a bug with Yahoo! Mail.

Fix settings so they stick.
When I change the settings, I would expect them to save. Yet each time I open yahoo mail they are back to your default. Not liking this at all. Fix this.

advertising video freezes mail
Mail often freezes when advertising videos are trying to load. I'm using the current version of Safari and running MacOS Sequoia 15.1. If I make the Mail window on Safari too narrow to load video advertising, everything seems fine. If the window is expanded and a video tries to load, input in the mail screen freezes. A reload will clear things up until the next advertising video. I don't really care about the advertising but it shouldn't freeze the product. Not all video ads do. Emails that are opened should no longer be in bold as "unread".
This is less a new idea and really a bug.
1. Open an email
2. Go back to inbox
3. Opened email should no longer be bold as it is "read" not "unread"
4. Requiring manually marking it as read

this page is not responding
Ever since you increased the size of the In-Line Adds for Microsoft Edge version of Yahoo email page, it has been malfunctioning. I keep getting the error message, "This Page is Not Responding". Please fix this. I'm getting tired of having to stop and reload the page every 30 seconds when I'm checking my mail. The page is running very slowly. When you scroll Up or Down you have to wait for the page to react. And then it over-reacts by scrolling way to far. Reduce the Ads back to the size were please. That is what is slowing me…

Desktop mail errors
I've been using yahoo mail for years. In the last month, desktop email is not working consistently. It hangs up after performing some action and/or refreshing a folder/inbox. I'm not paying to report the issue. If it's not fixed in a week, I'll stop using yahoo.

Outdated options
I need to see the file size of my emails. I've called support and they say, it's not an option. I have both Outlook and Gmail accounts and they have way more options. Why is there little to no settings for what you see to enhance productivity? I really don't want to transfer my emails.
