i am unable to receive mail as a *@yahoo.com, it is working only as *@yahoo.co.in or *@yahoo.in.
Hi there. The correct email address would be the one that is able to receive emails. Despite being able to sign in using both domains attached to that username, when giving out your email address to senders, you'd need to give them the one with the correct domain in order to receive their emails. Email domains cannot be edited. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

The new font is way too small and makes reading my inbox a pain. If we can't change the default font, I'm changing email providers.
If Yahoo doesn't add an option to change the default font settings of the inbox, I'm going to change email providers because the new font is way too small and completely destroys the usability of a website where 99% of the actions are reading.
This feature is unavailable in Yahoo Mail, but the text size can only be changed from your browser settings.

replying to long threads often fails with unknown error
Fix the errors with long threads failing with unknown error. Either give some clarification as to why it's failing, or fix the bug. After retrying 5-6 times, it usually works so it's not an issue with the thread or recipients

Arrange contact list by last name
Give us the option to list our contacts by last name first. Listing by first name is extremely awkward when you are looking for someone.
Hi, this option is available. From your Contacts menu, click More (the 3-dot icon) and you'll be able to sort your contacts by last name.

Simplify login process
I have to login through ATT for att.net. I keep getting a page that says my login failed due to too many failed login attempts. Then I have to go through a "forgot password" procedure to restore my account and be able to login. The problem is with ATT. having to go through them and then they handoff to Yahoo. Just let Yahoo handle the login procedure.
Hi. Due to contractual agreements and the nature of your issue, you'll need to contact AT&T for a resolution. When contacting AT&T support, it is very important that you provide your full AT&T email address so that they are able to successfully locate your account in their system. Here's how to contact them: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/account/sln25426.html

too many redirects when trying to access email
I get too many redirects when trying to access my email
It can be frustrating when websites don't work the way they're supposed to. If you're unable to access a Yahoo website, but others load just fine, you may be experiencing a DNS issue.
What is a DNS?
DNS stands for "Domain Name System." It's a necessary part of accessing the internet. When you type the name of a URL into your browser bar, a DNS will translate that address into a numerical IP to connect you to the intended site.
How do I resolve a DNS error?
Try accessing the website on another browser or device. If this resolves the issue, you'll just need to make sure your preferred browser is supported and updated to the latest version.
Try accessing the website from another internet connection. For example, if you've been trying to reach the site on your Wi-Fi connection, switch to cellular data on a smartphone.

The last few days I have had to get a confirmation code by SMS while logging in. That is not acceptable. I do not own a smartphone.
I do not own a phone that can get SMS messages. I have to borrow from a neighbor. This is not acceptable. How can I login without having to get a confirmation code every time?
Hi there. If there's something unusual about your sign in or recent activity, we'll ask you to go through another verification step after you've entered the correct password. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access. You may be prompted to get a verification code on your Yahoo app, recovery phone number, or recovery email address for any of the following reasons:
- Yahoo notices suspicious account activity.
- You're using an unfamiliar browser or device.
- You're traveling away from your usual location.
- You sign in while using a VPN or a proxy server.
- You've logged in with a private or incognito window.
- There are many attempts to sign in with incorrect passwords.
- The "First time signing in from this device" message appears.
- You've cleared your browser history or data cache including cookies.
More details here:

Thank you,

Do not require access code every time. Recognizing the computer, ID, and password should be enough.
