Blocked emails
Hi! I no longer receive e-mails from my broker. It is not in the spam folder, I already tried the standard solutions.
I checked and they are still sending me the e-mail but it seems other clients with Yahoo! mails are not receiving expected e-mails.
Why is this happening?

Hi there, we recommend yes checking your Spam folder, if it's in there then mark it as NOT spam. Also, do a search for the email in the search box. Especially if you're only scrolling for email. Last, check your filters in your desktop settings. Make sure you have that sender's email address going to your Inbox.
