    i agree! I can't stand getting that nasty stuff that should not be allowed. now I can't block it and that makes me feel helpless

    Put it back the way it was I'm not opening spam mail just to grab the email address and get a virus because you changed the easy block method from before. PUT IT BACK to the way it worked before spam mail is already annoying and gross I don't need to be opening "F**k women now" emails to get the email address than open settings just to block these disgusting nasty and disturbing virus ridden emails. get it now? seriously. and seriously it tells me that it cant delete all the spam like get your **** together its hard enough JUST TO RECOVER A PASSWORD from your new system. never mind anything else, put everything back to the way it was fix the glitches and leave everything else alone.
    its email not facebook. it doesnt have to be jazzed up for appeal it has to be fixed, work properly block what needs to be blocked in a fast simple way, and make customer service personal attentive and proper not follow this to get to the number than it doesnt work every time so you cant get back in. really now. it took me all day and for the most part IM STILL unable to log in and NO im not going to your help me section BECAUSE IT DOESNT FUNCTION PROPERLY OR HELP AT ALL. Like I'm half way to just using google as an email account.
