How can we improve New Mail?

I want to delete more than what is allowed at a time (200) with over 3,000 it takes too long.

I would like to be able to delete more than 200 emails at at time, can you please fix this, I work a lot and can't get to all my emails so they pile up and it is just too time consuming to sit and try to delete thousands of emails even at 200 at a time...I've literally have been deleting for 6 1/2 hours today and still have thousands to go.

    Performance is speed and you can't control that. Nothing of note has been added, just a change in color themes, which I find very distracting! OH, I know, maybe a way to do an internal global, but selective email purge???!!! I have maxed out the number/amount of emails because of an illness and now I don't know how to purge myself of the massive amount of emails within! THAT would be nice. So far I can only purge by page, even if it's by "subject", that would take forever.

    If we selected "ALL" in any of the folders, we should be able to "DELETE" all, instead of the current ability of only deleting 100.

    Appreciate if yahoo can create an option to delete incoming e mails per week. Now only 2 choices either select one by one or delete all

    When I do select all to delete emails at one stretch, all the emails in that page even the old messages are getting selected and if I scroll down all the messages are getting selected.
    It would be better if we can have user set 50, 100, 200, All Pages and then it would be easier to delete only those 50 messages.

    Yes this must be resolved. Deleting all emails from one or multiple senders in one click. Outlook email has 'sweep' option, in Gmail we can select multiple emails to filter and delete. Expecting something like this from Yahoo. It will clean up your servers too :)

    YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DELETE 50 AT A TIME I DELETE AS MANY AS 250 AT A TIME. CLICK ON THE SQUARE ABOVE THE FIRST E MAIL AND IT WILL DELETE AS MANY AS YOU WANT

    Is it possible to delete more than 100 messages at a time? I am returning to yahoo and would like to clean up my account. How can I chop 43000+ emails? while your at it would yu clean the archive folder? thank you D

    I can only delete 75 at a time. Well, actually if I scroll down I can delete the amount of mail that actually passes my screen. To scroll through 6,000 filtered messages takes a LONG time!

    I actually pay an annual fee for premium email, why can I only delete 50 messages at a time?
