Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    Word document not downloading. Please sort this. In Nov 2017 had the same problem. Now PDFs are downloading but not Word, regards, c

    I'm not able to download photos collectively in a zip file, but I can download them individually. Nothing appears if I click the download as a zip file button. I'm using yahoomail on Microsoft Edge 41.16299.15.0 on Windows 10. I tried to disable ad block but things didn't work.

    I received some emails with attachments on each of them. In one opening I was not able to download some of it. It's unpredictable. The first two emails are ok, but the others are not. I have signed out and in again, the problem is still there. It happens many times before. So the solution is I forward my emails to my Gmail account and downloaded from there. What is wrong yahoo? I use chrome browser and windows 7 pro.
