How can we improve New Mail?

Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    I am also unable to upload documents to attach to e-mails... Not having any other issues with Yahoo right now though.

    Just want the old format. This is too much - busy page. Also, still can't download anything from yahoomail.

    PLEASE TRY TO TO DO BETTER SERVICES FROM YOUR SIDE ALL THE TIME GETTING PROBLEM,IN THE ATTACHMENT CANNOT OPEN

    I have been recently having issues with previewing and downloading attachments I have received on my Yahoo account. It has become annoying that I am alomst going to open a gmail account and stop using Yahoo.
    I am using Google chrome to view my emails

    I have the self same issue. I managed to (very slowly) download some attchments yesterday, but today I have opened two but the remainder will not open at all.
    Really poor. I am thinking of moving to gmail permanently.

    I am unable to preview my attachments from Word to my emails composed on Yahoo mail. Very frustrating! Windows 10, Google chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    I don't want to download every attachment. The send feedback button covers the downloaded file and I can't tell it to always open this type of file. My setting say to always open this type of file and when the feedback button is not in the way, I have told the system to just open these files, several different times. This is wasting a lot of time.
