How can we improve New Mail?

Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    What is the Browser..I am on windows 7 as I didn't get the hand of windows 10.

    Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn are working good. Just Yahoo is slow and not responding

    why can't I keep yahoo when I follow instructions and when I do get on yahoo..luckily..it keeps saying yahoo not responding too often when I finally am on yahoo. I am 90 years young and am not really good at understanding the icons,etc. Would appreciate any help in how I used to enjoy yahoo in the past.

    You need to fix this problem ASAP. I can't download mail. I can't delete mail. Very slow. Please fix this problem. I keep getting e-mails and they are just sitting there adding up. I'm using Windows 10.
