Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    I am having the identical problem on the same browser and operating system. I have to forward everything to my gmail to download.

    Can't open attachments over half the time. Windows 10, Chrome version Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit). I have found that it sometimes gets better if I close out of Yahoo and clear my cache, but only for the first 1-3 times that I try to open an attachment. It does let me preview, but no downloads even from the preview function.

    You're very close to losing me to gmail after many years of Yahoo Mail.

    Im using Safari on my Mac and cannot get my emails. I can only click on a few and then it freezes. This has been happening for 3 days. I have logged out and logged back in several times. I even switched over to Mozilla and had the same problem.
