How can we improve New Mail?

Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    yahoo mail--page says cannot download try again & again & again & Again !!! will not open my email letters PROBLEM???needs fixed!

    How do I get old version back. This won't load my email, is slow and annoying. I keep getting "cannot load..."

    Make attachments viewable without downloading them.
    for pdf, images, etc

    operating system, windows 10. Browser, do not know.
    There's a recurring problem with downloads not transferring. This is frustrating!
    Also the yahoo version from 3 or so years ago was much more straightforward to use than the current one. Could you enable the system so I can use the old version please?
