How can we improve New Mail?

I can not download word or excel files neither I can not prewiev

Not necessary a prewiev on the right, direct downloading is better. Losing time. Because letters are very small when to prewiev on the same page.

    I have a PAID account. I am unable to copy and paste from Excel without it looking like a jumbled mess.
    Fix this, otherwise I will have to cancel my service.
