How can we improve New Mail?

Someone sent Me an email but I never got it. I need to send and receive emails as advertised. Is issue with redesign? PLEASE FIX if so! Thx

I don't think I have been receiving My messages or possibly having Ones I send go out. Not sure. But Someone just said They sent Me an email an IMPORTANT CAREER EMAIL which I never even received. They may have even written more than one. Other People have had difficulty writing Me//reaching Me in the past too. Please if this is an issue with the new redesign fix this. It's a very very serious issue for Us. With all due respect. Thank You in advance and Best Wishes. PS If You can contact Me in My Email {if it would even work} to say You got this and will be fixing this giant issue for Us All asap I'd really appreciate it. If not I understand. I know You are busy and I greatly respect Your Time and am Thankful for Your Help. Again it's fine but it's a serious matter greatly affecting My Career and Personal Life, if You care at all about either, which I feel You likely do as You are probably decent People. Thanks and Happy Autumn and Holidays. PS is it possible to just have freestanding Emails? The conversation design can be difficult to use and really make finding emails difficult also. But I understand if not. Thanks.

    this new version is slow on receiving mails. And I cant even get my password reset for my facebook.

    i cant recieve any from other mail ids and also any soccial media account.
    i register my facebook acount with this email id but i cant recive any mail from facebook

    I am recovering my apple id on apple.com, but I can't receive recovery mails from apple.com. And I can't receive mails from yahoo on @yahoo.com domain too. I am using yahoo on China Mainland. What should I do?

    emails not received in my inbox on my laptop but show up on my phone. Sometimes they never show up on my home computer, this is garbage as I miss important emails all the time.
