Bring back the interpretation of calendar attachments in emails and incorporation into calendar.
I send calendar invites to my yahoo account from both MS outlook and google calendar. Up until recently, these were interpreted and accept/decline buttons displayed. The yahoo calendar would then get updated to incorporate the invite if accepted, or changed if the event had changed.
(This isn't the accept/decline links within the google calendar message body, which never work for me). Also very different from being able to copy and paste into a new calendar entry.
You had invites working well, but you've broken them.
