It worked just fine the way it was. Why do web companies feel they have to "improve" things until they become completely useless? A couple years back, you "improved" things so that I was no longer able to view the raw message (since fixed). That's when I stopped using Y mail for anything serious, and now only visit to dump out the spam folder.

What the **** are you doing? I've been using Yahoo` for over twenty years...it's worked perfectly for me...now I can't get anything...not my email messages (which because I am a Therapist are life and death)...and you're little play around kids are screwing with my message system.Get me back my email! Stop trying to improve things without consulting me! I can't receive anything....I will be contacting my lawyers...and ;leave me alone!...you got a lot of little bastards and ******** who don't understand the real world and may be costing people their lives...and their children's lives! idiots.

You can improve the "New Mail" by getting rid of it. The format is too busy, does not fit my screen and if I "zoom out" I can't read it. It has useless features.... You morons keep "fixing things" that aren't broken. Change it back or I will either take my mail business somewhere else or goto "Basic mail" that is if you still have it.

When you switched me over to the new email mode you lost my dropbox.. It didn't come along for the ride... You guys need to make sure that all is in check so that people do not lose there stuff when switching over, so now I go go back to the clearer and more visually better older version... Your new type is too small for older eyes and it not so nice as you say.. Sorry..Stop changing stuff because you think is't better, ask your people what works and make it so.. Just my two cents on this guys...

Not again. What are you people doing. This sucks. Give me back my old format and do it now please. I need to see my contacts and you are hiding them. I am not in the mood to re-learn something that already works just fine for me. I never accepted those idiotic drop downs so why shove this on me. The last time you did this we had an option to drop it. Not this time. Keep it up and folks will be leaving.

I don't like the display of messages on the side so I do not wish to upgrade, but it was forced upon me. Sure, I could undo it but why do you even do it without permission at the first place?!

I repeatedly rejected the option to start up the "new email" so you went and done it without even asking. Thanks a lot!

I want my old mailbox back, and I want to know how to change my password now. The old format gave me access to things so I could easily change pw now and then. Now I can't find where you put that option!

WTF people. I did not ask for this **** this time and I **** sure did not ask last time.
I want my old format back and I want it now. I am 68 years old and I do not give a **** for new ideas. I will not format and glossify my freaking email. ****.
Yes thus is the 2nd time and I will ask that you ask me before dropping me in the **** again. I have jumped over your irritating pop ups about doing this so you just do it for me.
*******.
