    I do not like the new format. Please return me to the old format. It is difficult to retrieve documents sent to me and I prefer what I was previously using.

    stop trying to be smart, be PRACTICAL!!! with new format i can not see all of my mail, and i can not read the mail i have to moove split of the pages all the time.. it's really anoying... if u don't swithc i will leave yahoo and go to google they r smart and practical...

    I can't open greeting cards. I can't use my password to read my emails. How can I change the password and not my phone to get a temporary password?

    tried the new yahoo mail, lost all my info, contacts, and all that I had with the old yahoo mail, went back to the old yahoo mail, and LOST WHAT I HAD, NEW yahoo mail SUCKS.......will drop them like a terd...................
