marked as read without selecting
New e-mail marked as "read" without user ever selecting it. Old interface and mobile app work properly.

When viewing e-mail is configured to mark message as read immediately, it still needs to wait until you actually go to the message. This is how both the old interface and the current mobile app function or any e-mail application. Currently, the new interface marks a newly delivered e-mail as read on its own because the application is automatically selecting the new message which appears to trigger the configured "mark as read" behavior. A new message should not be automatically selected. I may not even be at my computer when a new message comes in. I was not seeing new messages because they were already marked as read when I returned to my computer.
