Unable to cancell service
After being a loyal yahoo client for over 15 years I am canceling my account as they are raising price by 100%... that's right $20 price is now $40. But with yahoo I cannot cancel when I try I am informed that:
"Your request to cancel Add Free Mail did not succeed. You may try again or contact customer service." I tried in wain so it seems this is the new yahoo business model... charge double for service that is worst by the minute and if hey want to leave... don't let them.

so what did you end up doing? I've been on an automated renewal for 2 years and I can't seem to cancel my service either. Going to close my paypal account since they won't stop paying YAHOO
