How can we improve New Mail?

i don't have the new mail and I don't want it! I keep getting messages that I have been blocked:-(

I want to be able to sign in to my email without constant harrassment! What is wrong with Yahoo? Let me log in using my old yahoo mail and stop making me give this constant useless message
