    Hi!
    I cannot download a zip file from my email, why?
    Please check it qiuckly, because I need it asap
    Also I cannot send it although it is less than 24 MB, again , please help me asap!!!

    I have the same problem. I can't download attachments.
    sometimes it worked, but most of the time, I have to forward the email to another email (not yahoo mail of course) and download the attachment there.
    Seriously it's really annoying, because I use email for work stuff and urgent thing

    Me too!
    Yahoo has spot to download all and it does nothing.
    YAHOO SHOULD EXPLAIN!

    I cannot believe that such a basic function as downloading an attachment can crash in Yahoo Mail. As many comments say here, the attachment is often urgent work of some kind, so I'm ***** you* obliged to forward the mail to Gmail, whose attachment functions are more or less 100% reliable. This problem has been endemic to nearly all versions of Yahoo vs. Google for many years. I'd suggest it's your top problem. My theory, from watching all the calls it makes while crashing, is that Yahoo is more interested it getting its ad display process into the attachment routines, than providing a working download attachment service to its users.

    very difficult to get help, I having problem to down load attached file that big size around 10MB, no download and not even tell what wrong.. just waiting and then stop.

    I ever download bigger size than that but now it no longer... should i move out and using Gmail instead...

    This is urgent. Note to Yahoo engineers: People use email and attachments for important things, not to show holiday snaps to their friends (there's Facebook or Instagram for that). Fix it immediately, and provovid continuous updates to your customers who are unable to conduct business.

    In the Basic version it says the engineers are working on the problem. They have been doing this for a bit over a week that I have noticed so they can't be working/trying too hard :-(

    In the new version - Nothing Happens - no message, no file created anywhere, absolutley nothing except a bit of brief activity in the Browser's Status area then nothing!!!

    The ad screen on the right takes up too much space. GMail is so much better in this respect.

    I am unable to post to my Group, but am receiving the mails. have checked my settings and they seem fine.

    The mails take ages to download; no such problem with GMail.

    Even this mail is taking so long to register on the page.

    Overall poor in comaprison. You can improve; maybe you need to find someone wjho knows haow to make a Mail Service run properly when it has reached such large proportions.

    I cannot even access my mail or go to a folder and see what is in that folder. Truly, I wonder if Yahoo is not supporting the home computer app for its mail, and this is a way of getting users off using home computers and only having the phone app.
    It is ridiculous though. I cannot send an email, or attach a file. And nothing is showing up, only subject lines for my inbox.

    Cannot download attachments anymore with this new version. Can I go back to the old version this is driving me crazy
    Definitely not an improvement. If not fixed soon I will have to change provider.

    We used to be able to download and view attachments. That is still needed for verification. This new version seems to be change for the sake of change and has less capability than before. It is not an improvement.

    Cannot download or print pdf attachments. Needed to use Gmail which worked flawlessly. Yahoo email needs some more work.

    i need help yahoo team i cant open another attachment . when i open and finsh one attachment which i saw. for another Opening attachment i have sign out and again open same accoutant for another attachment each and very time
