DON' MESS WITH A GOOD SYSTEM
DON'T FIDDLE WITH A GOOD SYSTEM: Yahoo did have a contacts file which was great, because the user didn't need to remember a specific name, he was able to look in contacts and see a list of all his contacts which triggerd his memory. Now I don't see how to add details like Names; addresses; places of work; phone numbers; birthdays etc. Deleting this function was the worst thing you could have done. My keyed in list of contacts was like a lifeline, especially when I couldn't remember a part of a name or the spelling of same. Please write and tell me where you have stashed this function. Your tutorials are good for what Yahoo now is but my list of contacts was invaluable. Please restore this feature to it's original form or tell me of a better way to remember my contacts. Ive been using the Yahoo system since about 2008 and was veryhappy & satisfied with it's performance. Now it freezes up for no apparent reason. Why you have changed such a good system is beyond belief. Why in the **** you can't just leave well alone. Don't you know that fiddling with a good system is just so frustrating to the end user. IF IT WORKS DON'T FIX IT- for the love of Mike ! I've been working with computers for 40yrs and this ( IT Engineers & Sales Management) tendancy to fiddle with good systems has plagued every company I've worked ever with. DON'T YOU GUYS EVER LEARN ?-- CAN'T YOU JUST LEAVE WELL ALONE ? William G Brown home Phone 0044 01414231994 UK.
