Contacts are almost impossible to use as you need to go to the old format to change a name but it does not move with you back to the new.
Tried to change a name on contacts but keep the same email address and it just wont come across to the new format as you need to go into the old/different page to change....so...when you go to write and email to the new person of the same address it still comes up with the old name.
