I accidentally deleted a mail conversation on December 12th.2017 at 09:15am Malaysian time. Have written to Yahoo HelpDesk a few times.
I accidentally deleted a mail conversation on December 12th. 2017 at around 09:15am Malaysian time. Have written to Yahoo HelpDesk a few times but to no avail. Please assist as this mail is of importance. Believe there should be a few steps to take before any mails are permanently deleted.

Hi Yahoo Team, some info I inadvertently left out:-
The problem began when I pulled up an old conversation to do some editing. I highlighted some parts and instead of using the "cut" command I accidentally pressed the "deleted" button on the keyboard. And the whole conversation just disappeared. I checked the Trash and Deleted Folders for this Conversation but they are not there.
I did not go to these two folders to permanently delete the conversation. Thus I believe they may still be somewhere. I have looked in many places but have not found them. Would really appreciate your help. Many thanks. GH Teoh
