Cannot create subfolder with same name as another subfolder under different parent folder
I have a folder "RECEIVED" and folder "2017" as a subfolder. At the same level as "RECEIVED" there is folder "SENT". When I try to create a subfolder of SENT also with the same "2017" name I get an error: "A folder named 2017 already exists. Please choose a different name."
Previously (as of the beginning of last year) I was able to create subfolders with the same name as long as their respective parent folder was different. Is the error I see now a new feature or a bug?
