How can we improve New Mail?

I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.

Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

    I agree with Christian , and Bob I sometimes have a hard enough time just trying to send to 1 person let alone to several friends at the same time, Please bring the old format where when you push compose and then to All you contacts appear. as far as font and colors change that back to.

    There are people who repair work with computers for a living and probally could understand the new format. BUT there also are a lot of senior citizens like myself that work with KISS system or keep it SIMPLE xxxxxx

    I absolutely HATE the new format.......you are about to push me to another email service, which I would hate to do. The half/screen to see fewer emails is terrible ~ there are times I scroll through to see something I really need to find. Now, more than half of the room on my screen is taken up by NOTHING unless you've opened an email. PLEASE have some regular people work with your techie people to figure out what might or might not work for ordinary computer user!

    CAN NO LONGER SEE MY CONTACTS ... WHY DOES YAHOO MAKE THESE SWITCHES ALL THE TIME????????? NOW ... CONTACTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE OLDER FORMAT ...... COME ON YAHOO PLEASE FIX AND STOP PLAYING AROUND .......

    What the heck did happen to the contact list? When I click on the icon, it opens a new tab and tries to load from the old format, then errors out??? That makes NO sense. I can't even re-enter my contacts? Autofill won't find the person either?
    Something is terribly wrong. Please fix it asap Yahoo.
    I'm ticked that I've lost them.

    I also cannot find my contact list, nor can I find the contact icon. Selecting individual recipients from my list is absolutely critical for some of my business, so please tell me how to restore it.

    I agree. Going into my contacts takes several extra steps and is very frustrating. Also, I have 2 separate email accounts but all the contacts are clumped together. Business, family & others that should be distinct to the email account.

    I don't know how to &where to find all my contacts . I Want the old yahoo Back where I could find My contact . It's my connection to my client's and family , I need to connect to all My superior from work .Please get rid this new format . give me back the old one !!!!!!!!!!
