How can we improve New Mail?

I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.

Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

    I can't add new contacts, what happened, yahoo used to be easy now is very difficult ??? why ???
    Please tell me how to add a new email - very important.
    Also, where is my list with the sent emails ?, and many other problems ?? very disappointed

    Change it back to the way it was. Email is supposed to be simple. Where are the contacts? Why would you hide that? Plus, all the ads slow down my progress. Yahoo is starting to be a waste of time. I'm ready to switch out my email accounts.

    There is no longer the ability to add or delete contacts as individuals. Why?

    Every time your organization decides to improve anything about Yahoo, especially Email, It goes from really bad to even worse. Who dreams this ****- up-? I used to be able to have a contact list for each OF MY different "Yahoo accounts" but now all have disappeared unless within a specified group and those can not be modified or added to, just deleted.

    I realize you are never going to acknowledge or provide a solution or even reply, given the large # of unresolved & unanswered complaints regarding the "mail contact list".
    Even just letting everyone know that you want to shutdown the entire "Yahoo System" as your staff compliment are to incompetent to provide the service quality of 15 years ago. I do remember the days when everything about Yahoo was orientated for ease of use and helpful to business persons. Now it is only geared to the "give me a pretty picture" generation. Yahoo is now on par with "Outlook", "Gmail" and the Microsoft browsers. Congratulations your desire to fail is widely recognized.

    GO BACK TO OLD FORMAT. NOT SHOWING CONTACTS, TRASH, AND ALL OF MY BOOKINGS I MADE FOR OUR TRIP TO THE PHILIPPINES IS GONE. CAN'T EVEN CHECK W/ TRASH HOPING IT'S THERE. PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS SOON AS POSSIBLE, OUR TRIP IS COMING FAST IN MARCH. HELPPPPPPP.

    I would like to be able to see my contacts lists and folders as well. I would also like to be able to add new contacts! I am using this for a non profit group and need my contacts list!

    where are CONTACTS I have to go to the old vrs to see CONTACYS. Now the icon on the right does not work anymore and i cannot get CONTACTS

    I agree. It is a drag having to open my contacts in a separate window in order to include someone as the recipient or cc/bcc. It was much better in the previous version.

    Under classic yahoo mail I could easily click on one of the icons that is right below the Yahoo Loggo, -- please bring it back to Pro!!!!

    I can't believe it ! So many complaints about the contacts list and the only solution is to go back to the old display ?? Would you please just tell us how to find the contacts.

    What happened to my ability to see, edit, and delete my contacts? How outrageous that we
    cannot control our own contact list.

    I agree. I found out that a person (used to be in my contacts list) changed email addresses, Now I can't find the contact list to delete the address.
