How can we improve New Mail?

Contacts are gone!!

I don't like this. My contacts are gone. I have to retype all email addresses using my phone to search for them. Thank goodness I have them on my phone! What the heck happened??? How soon will you correct all this mess? It's frustrating. Definitely NOT an improvement!
