How can we improve New Mail?

I tried to follow the instructions for switching back. There is nothing to click after settings and sometimes I just get ads if I scroll

You people are going to lose a lot of customers. This new mail stinks!!

    I can't locate anything I downloaded. I imagine I will find more stuff missing. You are impossible.
