I want to be able to connect to a person in chat to get help for those topics NOT covered by the pidgoeon-holed pre-set categories.
add live chat to offer people help for topics not covered in your pre-made categories. I am stuck in a loop that isn't helping me get the help I need because I need help on something not covered in your list of help topics...
