There is an option to lock SMS, files and other stuff from being deleted by mistake, the same option is required for emails and conversation
There are settings to lock SMS, files and other stuff from being deleted by mistake and first need to unlock to delete them; in my opinion, if the same setting applied to email, the conversation then it would be the best thing which is a requirement of everyone.
