How can we improve New Mail?

What's going on with Yahoo mail? Since the "Upgrade," I've had nothing but problems with the site crashing, freezing, 'jumping.'

Perfect example of Yahoo Mail issue: went to report to yahoo.com 'help,' and here's the message I received: OpenID authentication provider for yahoo is currently unavailable. You're loosing me yahoo.com to gmail......

    Apparently Yahoo not reading these. Anyway the yahoo mail authentication is just doesn't working. I'm switching to other mail service too, since Yahoo care nothing about their customer. That I have to reset my pw every time I logging in now is just absurd.
