How can we improve New Mail?

Printing an attached doc without downloading it

I thought you would have had this fixed a long time ago!!!! When I preview an attachment like a jpg, word doc, spreadsheet, pdf, etc.... I have to download the **** thing to print it using Y! Mail!!!! I should just be able to print it from the preview!!!! I have been printing from preview in Gmail for forever!!!!!!

    This is still happening over a year and a half since being first reported. When you preview an attachment on an email, the icon for PRINT will only download the attachment and not print it. Please get this sorted. I am also using GMAIL instead when I need to Print an attachment, I have to forward it to gmail.

    I agree with this. The classic/old Yahoo mail was so much easier and faster. The New mail is such a pain in the *%$
