Half of the selections REPLAY / REPLY ALL / FORWARD and even the FEEDBACK do NOT WORD half of the time. Have completely close out, back in, 2,3 4 times before it finally works.
Have never had so many problems with software in 40 years..... Apparently we are not just in "Beta" test .... but having to suffer with "Charlie" test

Generally I HATE the Yahoo way of providing email services. You IMAGINE what a user wants and give it to them... FORCEFULLY. Typically, this is NOT what the users want AND it's OFTEN broken.
Yahoo needs to survey as many users as possible for statements about what they want and need. Then, evaluate these statements and present them to the user community for comment. THEN, ask the users which they want and/or to prioritize what they want/need. After all this, THEN put the developers to work! Along with the proposed new version of email services, there must be an EASY way to switch back and forth between "normal" and "development" versions. All the while, providing a way for users to communicate to the developers just what problems they're having and provide a way for users to track the status of their "bug reports", etc.
Yahoo needs to provide a more personalized customer support process. Users should be able to report bugs or suggestions and track the status of their bug reports and/or suggestions.
The above would go a long way in showing the users that Yahoo DOES CARE about it's "customer" base.
They way things are, you'll continue to see "I hate..." emails or entries in forums. I do NOT use the new format for most of the reasons above. When I find a bug, there's no easy way to report it or to track activity against the report. Until Yahoo shows users that it DOES CARE about their experience, I will NOT move to the "new" format services. I WILL occasionally test the "new" format but will probably switch back to "normal" (and a weak concept of customer support) services.

This complaint gets a response, but the THOUSANDS of comments about the Ad Blocker popup get completely ignored...

You need to quit covering them up with ads dummys! You can sit there and put ads over everything. that breaks ****! You might as well just put some worms and viruses into your code and start getting everyone to bit mine for you too!

Thank you for your response, I was surprised that you did as I haven’t previously got a response.
In summary there are innumerable issues that I keep bringing up that simply afent followed up.
The new app is awful and clearly hasnt been stress tested out in the field. My suggestion is that you get your techies and the person that signed this app off for release out to work with ordinary customers. It’s simply awful, it’s jittery, slow, the threads are unbelievably difficult to find emails on etc etc. I simply can’t see any reason to give you another chance as you have disrespected your customer base, which simply doesn’t bode well for your long term survival. I figure probably best to jump sooner than later before you are closed out. Who ever is responsible for this should hang his head in shame. Golden rule of service is ‘Listen to your customers’ -

When I open an email which is part of string, I only get former conversations, not the current one. And there is no option to reply, forward or open attachments. I have attempted to contact Yahoo about this with no response. When I googled "yahoo contact" on March 27, I reached a scammer. I am on the verge of moving to gmail!

I do not like any of the changes made to the "new" e-mail. This is what I like about the "classic" e-mail. 1. The unread messages and their sender are in BOLD font and and have a SUBJECT line, not the first line of the message. 2. the read messages are in regular font which does not demand my attention but is available if I want to refer to them again later. 3. the background of classic is a light gray which makes the contrast between the font and the background easier to read quickly. 4. I prefer the arrows, single for replying to sender only, and the multiple left-arching arrows for "reply all." That is easy to distinguish when I am busy, in a hurry, or very tired.
5. The changes, upgrades, improvements that I witnessed on the "new" version were annoying and made using yahoo mail a chore. -

I cannot revert to Classic Mail using the arrow under Settings. I hate the new mail and it may not be compatible with Windows Vista. Please, please let me revert to the older version.

I like the new Yahoo Mail and have no problems with it. I don't understand why Yahoo contacted me on this issue as I am having no problems with it.

I switched back to the previous version of yahoo classic mail and have had no problems with it yet.
Thank you for asking.PS: I do not like the new mail. It is not easy on the eyes. It gives me a headache. I do not like having to click on "more" to get into my trash. And I liked it better when I could click on contacts and my contact list would come up. And I DO NOT like my trash being emptied by yahoo before 30 days!!!

I dislike having changes forced on me every few years just so employees/management/CEOs can justify their salaries and/or jobs. You want to be innovative? Do something NEW, quit with the "improvements" that are really nothing more than making things LOOK different. There are always glitches with your changes, like you never even test them out before forcing your users to use them. Seriously, email is used now more often than snail mail and people just want to send off their correspondence without having to relearn how to use it. Just stop.

The new format is not as good as the old format. The fix to get out of the new format doesn't work either.

The PROBLEM is you keep CHANGING THINGS! Leave well enough alone, we do not NEED a "new look! New Whatever"! every few years- or even decades! WE ARE NOT CHILDREN WHO NEED SHINY KEYS JANGLED IN FRONT OF US! Just leave the working things ALONE, and STOP ******* us off!
