Your ad pops up and says my Edge browser is no longer any good and to upgrade. I went to the upgrade and it is pretty confusing to do.
Explain exactly what the problem is, how I can solve it by upgrading my current browser (Edge) and give me clear detailed steps to do so. Don't throw me onto a website where it's not dedicated to that answer like you did. YOU may understand what needs to be done, but many don't. I'm sure the person who wrote the ad and help on it knew it very well, but he'she's just not a good teacher or leader. So I continue to watch the pop up each day, several times a day, wondering is this really Yahoo's popup.
