need to improve the contacts rolladex, fit and finish is not good.
Contacts are a hot mess. There is no good way to search for contacts. Add from email is also poor.
Sometimes a contact is a business name, so it should not require a person's first and last name.
The layout of contacts is not user friendly, it needs to be searchable,
it needs to be clearly sortable, and also able to filter.
