How can we improve New Mail?

PLease bring back the old format. The evry 10 second refresh of the screen is annoying, plus I have to scrow down to where I was reading and

I asked over a month ago to get my folders restored. I sent a 7 emails and not one response. YAHOO your customer service sucks. WHAT HAPPENED?

    Change the the email format back. It constantly refreshes the screen and I have to scroll down to get to the spot I was at and the screen refreshes. Might have to go to GMAIL.
