Location of the "Move" option in the Inbox.
The button for the "Move" option is farther to the side and smaller than before, and it requires more clicks on my touchpad to scroll down through my folders. Taken together, these deficiencies make moving things between folders much more of a nuisance than before, especially if you do a lot of this and use a touchpad.
