calendar does not keep does not keep appointment input
I input appointments and it changes to a daily input page with options for that appointment. I typed an appointment for 3/21/18. when it went to the page for that date, I put a request for an email 1 day before.
The request was for an appointment at 10 am on 3/12/18. At 11 am no email appeared in my in box. I pulled up the calendar. The appointment showed on the month page, when I clicked on the appointment all the information was there. It was set to send an email reminder one day ahead as I had requested but I never received the email reminder. Why?
