I need to be able to move sent items into folders using the Yahoo email app on my phone. I can do it when on the compuer, but it is annoying that I can't do it when I am on my phone. Inbox items can be moved to folders so why not sent items too?

HERE IS A WORK AROUND THST WILL ALLIW YIU TO MIVE A MESSSGE FRIM THE SENT FOLDER IN THE YAHOO MAIL APP:
I too have noticed this problem with the Yahoo mail app. The fact that the sent folder is the ONLY folder in the app that doesn't have the icon to move an item is all the more astounding and irritating.
I will share this work around as a stop gap measure one can use until this issue is addressed:
Go to sent folder, locate message to be moved and select it or open it, then delete it...yes, delete it. That will move the message or entire conversation thread to the trash folder. Now go to the trash folder and locate the message. Select it amongst the list of messages or open it. Now you can move the message to another folder by tapping on the folder icon which is now available. That folder icon will be found in one of two places: if you open the trash folder and just select the message (without opening it) you should see a menu bar appear at the BOTTOM of your screen. The folder icon to move a message will be there. Whereas if you go to the trash and then OPEN the message (instead of just selecting it while viewing the list of messages in the trash) you'll find the folder icon for moving a messsage at the TOP of the screen.
This workaround shouldn't be necessary as this issue seems to be a design flaw with the app but that is what work arounds are for:
I hope this helps.
