Cannot download attachements
I cannot download any of my attachments in Yahoo Mail.

Yahoo!7 mail will NOT allow me to download Photos, Documents in word are fine, excel spreadsheets are fine, PDF downloads are fine BUT photos are a NO GO ZONE,
To download the photos I have to send the email to LIVE.COM to allow a download.
Yahoo you need to lift your game. I had NO PROBLEMS with the old email format, only with the NEW email format has the problem arisen -

i have same problem, either from web or apps, i cannot download the attachment.
i experience the problem with .apk and .zip file. I have to forward the email to gmail and download from there -

Yahoo does not download any attachment and does not show any error message as well. I keep on waiting but nothing happens. Alternatively, i forward that message to another mail then download the attachment.

I can't download MP4's at all. I have cleared cache/cookies, tried both FireFox and Chrome, disabled add-ons, updated Flash and Java, updated both browsers, restarted in Safe Mode, and don't have any ad blockers or extensions enabled. I see this issue has been posted as far back as 2013, with each topic marked as "Solved" when there was no solution in the thread at all. Responses from Yahoo such as, "we're aware of the problem and looking into it" to "we thought this was fixed so we stopped looking into it." It's not fixed. Since 2013. Classic mail doesn't help, either.

Same as Mark Brockhurst when in Basic version. Same message for all file types I have received recently - PDF, ZIP and JPG images
In new version nothing happens (same as Sajal Saxena) other than a brief bit of activity in the Status bar then nothing. No new files created anywhere either.

I cannot download either zip or pdf attachments... And I need them rather urgently!!!

I cannot download some attachments and when I send, the attachments are not included.
When I try to open the attachments and copy to another file this is the response I get:
"This is the message that comes up on the screen when I copy to another link.
Yahoo Logo
Will be right back...
Thank you for your patience.Our engineers are working quickly to resolve the issue."

So far all the files I am downloading are PDF type attachments. I just clicked on the "download" button and nothing happened. Please advise.

There is serious problem in downloading attachment. This problem is persistent since a long time. Please resolve it as it hampers the work.
