The new yahoo is too slow and cumbersome!!!!!! How did yahoo foul this up so badly! OMG, I'm ready to find a new email provider

    When I search for a specific email I get on a daily basis, the trashed and deleted emails come back as unopened even though I have previously opened, printed and deleted them. As well as emptied trash. This is making my line of work very time consuming

    Since your last update and the last Google Chrome update, hibernating with a Yahoo Mail tab open will cause Chrome to never recover. Need to close the browser from Task Manager..

    Stop asking for money to get rid of the Ads. Won't happen. Also, if the Slow loading is because of my ad blockers, Thats a real pathetic way to get me to pay for the mail. I will simply go to another email place. KNock it the **** off.

    You have thousands of clients who have indicated preference for the classic email. Yet you continue to force this on us, even though you KNOW features that are important to us don't work. Are you deliberately trying to kill the company?
    I followed instructions to revert back to classic email. It came up nicely, but when I clicked on my contacts, (which I need to edit, and can't with your spiffy new format) it got frozen by a popup at the bottom of the page saying "Too slow? Try basic mail blah blah

    Most internet services can manage a helpdesk of sorts. You NEED one. Or I need you to get one. Since I agreed to new terms, everything is so SLOW, that I feel forced to get new mail. (I've been here since the 90's).
    What's up with that? Are you gathering info to pass on to NSA or what?
    If this is the new normal, I'm outta here.

    I am legally blind (glaucoma) and am switching from Firefox to MS Edge because Firefox was running so slow in connecting me even though I had done general overhaul and maintenance and did virus checks, etc. I like MS Edge EXCEPT I was so used to having my Favorites bar at ready access on the left of my screen and not having to got through another search to pull it up to connect with a site I wanted (i.e. when doing bill pay). How can I PIN my Favorites List to the main MS Edge email screen for smoother and quicker access? I think others would like to be able to do this as well.

    Not sure how to fix, but I have yahoo and gmail. I notice that my yahoo, which I've had for decades, no longer functions well to email documents. It's often slow to load even when just reading emails. I've found a work around by sending my yahoo mail to my gmail, which is fast and I send documents through gmail now as well. Hoping yahoo's performance gets back to what it use to be.

    close down your slow as a snail in sand service. your news is also later than most. as soon as i can transfer my accounts to my other email services i am. you also dont allow us to delete information on out contact. NOT COOL.

    1) I can't access the Yahoo! search engine from mail anymore, only mail-search. 2)The folder menu window is so small it more than doubles my time finding a folder and processing mail. It was fine before. 3) There's no way to create a new folder anymore. Also, It takes more than 10 seconds for each email to move to a folder or trash after I click. Way too slow. The new background is nice, though. Thanks for inviting my input. I appreciate it. Hey, how about offering us a choice of mail formats and maybe even allow us to select our features? I think that strategy would be a hit! Thanks, love.violet.

    GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION. THIS ONE IS AWFUL, SLOW, MISSING MY FOLDERS, NEW FOLDERS I WILL NOT USE. OLD VERSION WAS GOOD. IF IT'S GOOD< DON'T FIX IT!!!!

    It is absolutely ridiculous to keep changing peoples inboxes, it does nothing but slow everything down!
    And stop recommending FIREFOX, tried that once too, It is the absolute WORST!!!

    I liked the fresh look but it is very slow for loading the photos and sometimes its not loading at all.
    At this age, if we dont have high performance, It's difficult!!

    go back to the old system, without slowing me down to molasses in January. Take off ALL the BS notifications that float over the text after a few seconds instead of leaving them there to irritate and block views.

    Please make the Yahoo calendar match the NEW mail themes and update it a bit. It seems a bit archaic compared to other free email programs and is slow and laggy. Also please make a click through feature to Yahoo calendar from the mobile email app! As of now, there is no way to access your Yahoo calendar in the Yahoo mail app for mobile. Plus recurring events sometimes appear twice after you edit them. :) Thanks in advance! ~R

    I don't have any animosity toward ads.

    Before displaying these ads, the ad providers install some software/codes that slow down the PC performance significantly.

    Imagine I have to suffer EVERY stupid site like yours. 250+ tracking cookies and codes to my memory-hungry applications such as Photoshop!. As the result, my laptop crashes regularly due to memory shortage, even I have a graphic card and extending my memory

    Why don't you fix this?

    Sucks, it doesn't work properly, it's slow, and it wasn't needed.

    Please put the old format back, the new on is ****.

    Or don't you listen to the people using your software anymore?

    Make it faster. For some reason, ever since you switched me to the new email, it runs super slow. And the auto-fill contents doesn't work anymore. I have to use extra clicks to click on "to" then type to search for people I email every day, then click again on "done" -- this is SUPER annoying~
