Way too many messages from known sources, friends, etc are winding up in the SPAM folder. Why and how can I change this?
If legit emails are ending up in the Spam folder, the best thing to do is to mark them as Not Spam. This will help them go to the Inbox in the future. Adding the sender to your Address Book will help, also.
Thank you!

i keep getting scam (fraudulent) emails and there is no easy way to report them. fraudulent emails are not the same as spam, and the spam button doesn't prevent other potential victims from receiving the scam email. currently i keep getting emails about 'trumpcare', 'president trump's new health care plan'. there is no such thing. congress has not voted a new health care plan. this is very likely someone selling..something...under false pretenses. the current sender is email@bluently.com. which probably changes often. please create, and make easy to access, a place to report potential scams, ripoffs, and other fraudulent schemes,
