Missing E- Mails

In my inbox, Mails between 2nd July to 24th August 2018 are missing.
Can you please restore the same.

    my all email from previous years all shift deleted automatically, can Yahoo help me for recover them?

    i cant possibly contact anyone, ive been chatting with a bot and gotten no where, a send request form has popped up but when i click on it it says 'yahoo refuses to connect' i just want my emails .. your system is way too complicated/way too much info and really slow....just do less

    Hey guess what?! Yahoo's system just randomly erased my emails AGAIN. You can keep merging my complaints over to a dead board. But that wont stop me from posting. THIS PROBLEM NEEDS FIXED!

    I hate the new version of yahoo when i open a new message and before i know it it deletes and opens another one and it does that all the time i have tried to fix it but no luck ...

    I am getting very tired of old emails randomly just getting deleted and leaving only the last email sent. This has happened to me three times now. I was lucky ONCE and the emails just magically came back but my professional life has been affected due to the loss of these emails. And I'm tired of it. Worse is using the restore deleted feature does not work since these emails are months, even years old. Even at that it only gives you the option to blame yourself or a hacker, not the crazy whims of this jank system.
    TLDR
    STOP DELETING MY EMAILS!!

    Everything is wrong here, every step I try make it even more silly wrong, dead end and the help page is useless.

    1. All my messages from the past years are gone.
    2. Recover lost or deleted emails (7 days?) is NOT what I'm looking for because I didn't delete nothing in the past 10 years(!) but it's empty now.
    3. I'm not using a phone, only second email so.. is this the end? am I supposed to close this service?

    *Even now just posting this bring me to a new pop up that I must "allow UserVoice to access"? What? Access were? why now when I only want to click on Send?

    For the second time in a month my email messages have disappeared from my account. The technicians are not listening and keep thinking I can’t access my account. Difficult reach a technician and you need to make it easier to reach someone who knows how to help. Quit all the on-line help and train the techs.

    What ever IDIOT keeps coming up with these UN_IMPROVEMENTS NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! Yahoo mail has been ****** for many years!!! This new one will open emails by its self!! and will not del them when you select! Time to start using GMAIL!!! and get rid of YAHOO!!!!!!!!

    Hi Team,

    When I logged into my mail box this morning could see very few mail although storage is still available. Can you please assist me restoring all my mails ?

    MY RESIDENCE IS IN THE 4800 BLOCK OF ALLEN ST. WHICH IS IN THE AREA OF NEW ORLEANS CALLED VOSCOVILLE. THE MAJORIT THE HOMES IN THIS AREA ARE IN THE ZIP CODE 70122. THE PROBLEMS WE ARE HAVING IS "MAIL DELIVERY". WE ARE LUCKY IF WE GET TWO ARE MORE DELIVERY WITHIN ONE WEEK. PLEASE IF THERE IA A SHORTAGE OF "LETTER CARRIERS", HOW AND WHEN CAN WE COME TO "CENTRAL CARRIER STATION" TO PICK-UP OUR MAIL. YES, I RETIRED AS A POSTAL SUPERVISOR AFTER THIRTY FOUR YEARS OF SERVICE.

    Dear Sir,
    Yahoo removed my emails in my inbox! I didn't delete them
    so, if you please so my error as the deleted emails are very important and want to retrieve them back to my inbox
    Also, please mange the auto deletion of my emails as want to stop this feature

    Accidenti! Non lo sapevo e me ne sono accorta solo ora leggendo questo commento!! Assurdo che l'abbiano fatto, non ricordo di aver ricevuto avvisi di questo tipo da Yahoo. Anch'io ho sempre utilizzato l'account Yahoo per tutte le mie mail, sia personali sia di lavoro. A questo punto toccherà pianificare la migrazione verso un altro gestore più affidabile. Ci mancava solo questo, in un periodo già così difficile!
